What is the term new year mean? New Year means ending of running year and starting of next year. All the countries which follow the Gregorian calendar celebrate New Year on 1st of January. Television telecast different political, financial, musical, entertaining and many kinds of programs on this occasion to entertain the people. They tell in their programs that how the last year was successful or not.
So we can say that this is the biggest event in the whole world which is celebrated on such a large scale.
