Those people enjoy this celebration which have found something in the last year and some people which have lost some thing very dear to them feels very unpleasant without their dear’s departure. Many countries arrange celebrations on government level for public’s interest.

Television telecast different political, financial, musical, entertaining and many kinds of programs on this occasion to entertain the people. They tell in their programs that how the last year was successful or not.
So we can say that this is the biggest event in the whole world which is celebrated on such a large scale.
